This prime, progressive redevelopment, which will create some of the best office space in the Southern region, will be ideally located for international companies and their employees. Just a 19 minute train journey to Central London, only 5 miles north of Croydon, Bromley Park is inside a Major Metropolitan Centre of the London Plan; it is also within 200 metres of Bromley Train Station and within 500 metres of Bromley North Train Station.

Grade A Office Space

Phase 1 of the Bromley Park will see the redevelopment of Wells House, which will deliver 10,900 square meres, or 117,300 square feet, of Grade A office space. Under Phase 2, planning permission will imminently be submitted for the rejuvenation of the adjacent site, 13-17 Elmfield Road, which will add a further 11,400 square metres, or 122,700 square feet, of space. Adjacent sites are also being considered as possible collaborative schemes within Bromley Park.
