Only 13 miles from Gatwick Airport, this new business district will sit within 500 metres of Haywards Heath Train Station, and road links will also be excellent, with the Park forming the western side of Perrymount Road, a commercial artery within Mid Sussex.
Positive pre-application responses have been received from Mid Sussex District Council, with Commercial Parks due to submit Phases 1 and 2 for full planning permission.
While Phase 1 will deliver 65,000 square feet, of Grade A commercial office space, Phase 2 will bring 79,000 square feet. Haywards Park will offer some of the finest office space in the Southern region, in a new business hub that is in close proximity of Central London and only 14 miles north of Brighton.
