"Urban Infill specialises in maximising the potential of properties and development sites."

Urban Infill

Urban Infill is one of London's most innovative architecture, regeneration and urban design studios. Founded in 2009 by Ian Dollamore, Urban Infill specialises in maximising the potential of properties and development sites within the context of their surrounding environments.

Dollamore has extensive experience of working on major projects, including on an award-winning 13-hectare urban extension in Upton, Northamptonshire, as well on the Duchy of Cornwall's Poundbury project in Dorset and the 1 million square feet Goodman's Fields masterplan. Among other landmark projects, Dollamore was instrumental in a mixed-use redevelopment in Aldwych and the design of around 5,000 new homes over a 109-hectare site for the Kidbrooke masterplan in south-east London.

Before setting up Urban Infill, Dollamore was Architectural Director for award-winning architectural interior design practice Brigitta Spinocchia, where he worked on major schemes for clients like McLaren, Quintessentially and Baccarat. Dollamore, who studied at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, also previously worked for Alan Baxter Associates and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands architects.
